By accessing or using the SimProfits Business Academy website ("Site") and purchasing any digital products or services ("Products"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use our Site or purchase our Products. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SimProfits Business Academy.
SimProfits Business Academy provides digital educational training products related to affiliate marketing methods. Our Products include video training courses, digital guides, templates, community access, and support services. All Products are delivered digitally. No physical products will be shipped. Access to Products is provided via online platforms and/or email delivery after purchase.
Charges from SimProfits Business Academy will appear on your credit card or bank statement as "SIM PROFITS" or a similar recognizable descriptor. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us at support@simprofits.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or credit card company.
All Products sold by SimProfits Business Academy are for educational and informational purposes only. Our training materials teach methods and strategies related to affiliate marketing on Q&A platforms. The information provided is intended to educate and inform, not to provide financial, business, or legal advice. You should consult with appropriate professionals before making any financial or business decisions.
SimProfits Business Academy makes no guarantees regarding income, earnings, or financial results from using our Products. By purchasing our Products, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
When you purchase a Product, you will receive access credentials or instructions for accessing your digital training materials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share, distribute, or transfer your access to any other person. SimProfits Business Academy reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to any account that violates these Terms.
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. You agree to pay the price listed at the time of your purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards. All payment information is processed through secure, encrypted payment processors. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
Certain Products, such as the Members Community, are sold as recurring monthly subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription Product, you authorize SimProfits Business Academy to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the stated interval (monthly) until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@simprofits.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all one-time purchase Products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at support@simprofits.com within 30 days of your purchase date to request a full refund. Refund requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be honored. For recurring subscription Products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You must contact support to request a refund; chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account termination.
All content, materials, training videos, guides, templates, graphics, logos, and text included in our Products and on our Site are the exclusive property of SimProfits Business Academy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Products for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, resell, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written consent from SimProfits Business Academy.
You agree not to: (a) share, resell, or redistribute any Products or content; (b) use our Products for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any of our digital products; (d) use our Products to create competing products or services; (e) misrepresent your relationship with SimProfits Business Academy or claim endorsement by SimProfits Business Academy; (f) violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party terms of service while using our Products; (g) submit fraudulent payment information or dispute legitimate charges.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SimProfits Business Academy, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Products or Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our Products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SimProfits Business Academy, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of our Products or Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit or transmit through our Site.
Our Products and Site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. SimProfits Business Academy does not warrant that the Products will meet your specific requirements, that access will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the results obtained from use of the Products will be accurate or reliable.
Your use of our Site and Products is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Site and purchasing our Products, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
By providing your phone number during purchase, you may opt in to receive SMS marketing communications from SimProfits Business Academy. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message frequency varies. We will not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
